Ceramiche Caesar SpA v Caesarstone Sdot-Yam Ltd, [2017] SGCA 30, Court of Appeal of Singapore, 26 April 2017

The trade mark application of Caesarstone Sdot-Yam Ltd for ‘CAESARSTONE’ has been refused registration by the Court of Appeal of Singapore, due to confusing similarity with the registered trade mark ‘CAESAR’ belonging to Ceramiche Caesar SpA.
