Objective: The purpose of this longitudinal study was to examine cognitive deterioration patterns of patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) who progressed to Alzheimer's Disease (AD) over one to three years. Method: This study used archival data. Logical Memory II, Visual Reproduction II (VRII), Hopkins Verbal Learning, Boston Naming Test, Trail-Making Test B (TMT-B), Digit-Span Forward and Backward, Category and Verbal Fluency were examined. Eighteen subjects were included in this study. The age range was from 64-86 (M = 74.78, SD = 5.6), education range 3-24 (M = 12.94, SD = 4.78), 66.7% were female, 72% were right-handed, and 61.1% were Non-Hispanic.
