Objective: The growing population of Hispanics in the US has resulted in higher demand for Spanish neuropsychological evaluations for patients with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy (TLE). Stereotactic laser ablation (SLA) has gained popularity as a treatment option for TLE. This study examines the relationship between volumes of temporal lobe structures and neuropsychological performance in this cohort. Method: Participants completed pre-surgical evaluations in Spanish for SLA at the University Of Miami. Volumetric analyses were completed by the neurosurgeon utilizing manual tracing. Of 10 patients, 8 had MTS (left = 4, right = 6), fMRI/WADA language dominance (left = 10).
