Based on an online conference on the theme of ‘Truth’ which took place in April 2013, this free to access Virtual Issue from the Aristotelian Society, guest edited by Guy Longworth, places classic papers from the society’s back catalogue side by side with new commentaries by contemporary scholars. Exploring the subject of truth, which plays a fundamental role in the study of Philosophy both historically and in current scholarship, the following papers and commentaries present a dialogue on those continuing questions about truth which merit revisiting or reassessing.
