Abstract
Globalization in the early 1990s has promised democracy, liberalism, human rights, peace, welfare, and free movement of capital labor. International organizations promoted globalization as an opportunity for growth, but to achieve this opportunity, countries are required to generate development in the Third World and link it to the advanced world. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has a recipe for catching up with the benefits of globalization, and this includes education and training as the fourth ingredient of development. The main purpose of promoting education reforms all over the world is to shape the visions of nations. In other words, promoting specific education policies that shape educational establishments and inspire their content is like installing an automatic pilot to steer the formation and choices of future generations.
