Algorithms for Big Data - Great Lakes Bioinformatics 2015 conference

This series was in conjunction with the Great Lakes Bioinformatics 2015 conference, held at Purdue University campus, West Lafayette in May 18-20, 2015 - a major conference organized and managed by the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB). This thematic series highlights original work describing recent advances on all aspects of Genomics, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology and Intelligent Computing. Articles also take advantage of GigaDB to host data and tools to promote reproducible research and further collaboration amongst bioinformaticians.
