On 6 December 2017 the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) delivered its judgment in Coty Germany v Parfümerie Akzente(Coty). This reference from the Oberlandesgericht Frankfurt am Main (Higher regional court, Frankfurt am Main, Germany) concerned the application of Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) and Regulation (EU) No 330/2010 (The Block Exemption Regulation).
