In the original Editorial, author Elizabeth Siew-Kuan Ng’s name was incorrectly displayed. This has now been corrected. The Publisher apologizes for the error.

An ‘In Memoriam’ section has also been added to the end of the Editorial, and ‘Special Edition’ has been standardized to ‘Special Issue’ for consistency.
