Abstract
Binding to protein was observed when a series of four C14-labeled poly-nuclear hydrocarbons were mixed with disintegrated mouse skin. Although processes in vivo may occur, such interaction prevents the conclusive demonstration of the binding in vivo of any chemical substance when methods involving cellular disintegration are employed.
