Erratum: “Randomized Controlled Trial of Once- Versus Thrice-Daily Tobramycin in Febrile Neutropenic Children Undergoing Stem Cell Transplantation” by Sung et al. [J Natl Cancer Inst 2003;95:1869–77 (Issue 24)]. In Fig. 2 on page 1874, the labels for the ODD and Q8H groups should be reversed (i.e., □ = Q8H and * = ODD). The authors regret the error.
