Lyman [J Natl Cancer Inst 2011;103(12): 910–913 ]. The Notes section should read: Dr Lyman is the principal investigator on a research grant to Duke University from Amgen. This information was not disclosed at the time of invitation to write the editorial but was disclosed to the Journal before acceptance.
