Erratum: Near-infrared observations of type Ia supernovae: The best known standard candle for cosmology

This is an erratum to the paper entitled ‘Near-infrared observations of Type Ia supernovae: the best known standard candle for cosmology’, published in MNRAS: Letters 425, 1007 (2012). In compiling the magnitudes for Table 1 of our paper erroneous values for the J band photometry and some H band photometry were listed. The peak magnitudes listed in Table 2 and the analysis of their dispersion and the Hubble diagrams are unaffected.

The corrected table is included here as Table 1.
