OUP and a number of JUSTICE affiliated institutions have agreed a Read and Publish deal for 2023 - 2025. Eligible authors from participating institutions will be able to request use of this account to publish Open Access at no charge to themselves when agreeing an Open Access licence in OUP’s online licensing and payment system.

このたびオックスフォード大学出版局（OUP）と大学図書館コンソーシアム連合（JUSTICE）希望会員館との間で、2025年までRead & Publish契約を締結いたしました。
参加機関に所属し、R&P出版枠を使用するには、OUPのオンラインライセンスを支払う際に
オープンアクセスライセンスに合意することにより、無償でこの出版枠を使ってOAで論文出版ができるようになります。

How do I know if I am eligible?
R&P出版枠が使用できるかどうかはどうしたらわかりますか。

To be eligible to publish Open Access and use funding from participating JUSTICE institutions you must be:

JUSTICEの参加機関がR&P出版枠を使用するためには以下の要件を満たす必要があります。

• The corresponding author of the article

• 論文の責任著者であること。

• Affiliated to one of the participating institutions. You must indicate this as your primary affiliation when submitting the article in order to be recognized as eligible.

• こちらのリンク先のリストに含まれている機関に所属していること。論文を投稿する際にR&P出版枠を使用するには、表示されている機関が主たる所属先であることをご確認ください。

• Publishing a research article, review article, case report or brief report which is received into OUP production on or after 1 January 2023. Please note that book reviews are not eligible under the terms of this deal. Page and colour charges are not included in the R&P deal.

• 2023年1月1日以降にOUPが受領する原著論文（research article）、レビュー論文（review article）、ケースレポート（case report）または短報論文（brief report）の投稿であること。ただし、書評（book review）は本契約の対象外となります。Page chargeとColour chargeはR&P契約には含まれないのでご留意ください。

• Publishing in an eligible hybrid journal. Please note that the JUSTICE Read and Publish agreement excludes journals from the Endocrine Society. (Endocrinology, Endocrine Reviews, The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism)

• 対象のハイブリッドジャーナルへの投稿。Endocrine Society（米国内分泌学会）のジャーナルは対象外となります。 (Endocrinology/Endocrine Reviews/The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism)

• If you are publishing your article in a Supplement, then you are not eligible to use Read and Publish funds to cover the open access charge.

• 論文をサプリメントで出版する場合、オープン アクセス料金をカバーするために読み取りおよび出版資金を使用する資格はありません。

• If you have any concerns about whether you are eligible for this Read and Publish agreement (e.g. if you have emeritus or visiting professor status), please contact your institution to confirm.

• R&P契約の対象であるかどうかご不明な点がございましたら、ご所属機関にご確認ください。（例：名誉教授または客員教授の場合など）
