Developing countries initiative
To ensure that non-profit research institutions in developing nations have access to critical research, Oxford University Press (OUP) participates in a number of free or heavily-reduced rate access initiatives for developing countries. These include EIFL, Research4Life, and the Oxford Developing Countries Program.
Free or deeply discounted access to selected resources is available to established not-for-profit educational institutions from qualifying countries. If you think your institution may qualify, please consider applying for discounted access to our journals and online products. The following information will help determine your institution’s eligibility for the Oxford Developing Countries Program.
