Service of trust claims out of the jurisdiction: widening the gateways

Abstract

The Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) contain rules that deal with the service of proceedings on a defendant outside the jurisdiction of England and Wales. The purpose of this article is to propose changes to those rules in relation to cases concerning trusts.
